The Outer Value Parabola

The new construction project De Uiterwaarde for the Parabool location in Deventer has been completed. The new building will be a pleasant workplace for participants of the day care and will have an office function. The new building is flexible, sustainable and future-proof. The image is determined by a wooden facade with vertical slats. The slats are fully constructed and delivered prefabricated. Everything constructed with certified Cradle to Cradle Gold Accoya®.

With finishes for both interior and exterior, it is a perfect interplay and a sustainable combination.

Natural look

The building connects directly to the surrounding park. Bird nest boxes, bats and hedgehog burrows are all incorporated into the architecture. Building with respect for nature and for both people and animals. De Parabool is an organization that provides support to children, (young) adults and the elderly with an intellectual disability.

Part of the facade cladding has been treated with fire retardant Woodsafe to achieve fire class B-s1-d0.
